About the course:
Through the ages, meditation has been one of the simplest and most effective way to gain a more peaceful and positive state of mind. During this course, participants will learn the simple, yet profound methods of Raja Yoga meditation.
Raja Yoga meditation does not involve postures of the body, but helps us connect with ourselves in a very authentic way to discover and activate our inner positive qualities and strengths.
Emphasize in made on how the methods can be used in daily life to improve our relationships (with ourselves and other people) and to help us respond to situations and challenges in life from a peaceful state of mind and inner clarity.
