After last year’s wonderful gathering, Karmaklubb* & Below The Belt once again join forces. The summer edition of ‘Queer Craft Market’ will be Sunday, 8 June — with fundraiser for Gaza Sunbirds aid. Meet more than 20 international artists/producers within arts/crafts — a celebration of juicy queer expressions. Location: Dattera til Hagen at Grønland, Oslo. AND: Following the tradition we will make sure there’s an afterparty, too. Let’s celebrate our creative talents, share some queer joy and get to know each other better! Market with 3 DJs, performances, and surprises: 12–17 (core time) and we keep it going till 22 if the weather allows.
FREE entry, ground level and wheelchair accessible. Welcome!!

Said about last round:
"The Queer Craft Market is the sparkly, glitter-covered dream Oslo didn’t know it was missing! It was pure magic being surrounded by wildly talented queer creators, all showing off their fabulous, funky, and feel-good creations. Think queer knick-knacks galore — from the adorable to the downright outrageous — all made with love, pride, and a sprinkle of campy genius. It wasn’t just a market, it was a hangout, a queer wonderland where creativity ran wild and community vibes were strong." (Newt Petride / Queeriosity Closets)
"To be part of Queer Craft Market was a great experience! I made friends there and gained new customers. Best of all is the love inside of the community. A safe place where we can all meet, talk and spred love. Really looking forward to next time. <3 / Lina Maria" (Hair by Lina Maria)
“The market felt like being part of a community, with lots of creative people. The open support for Palestine makes participating more meaningful.” (Anja Tvenning / @marerytter)

Safe Space Policy: We want this to be a safer space for both market holders and attendees. Everybody has the right to feel safe and respected. Racism, transphobia, discrimination, harassment, inappropriate comments or touching — will not be tolerated. This is a pro-Palestine space and we will be donating money raised towards aid for the Palestinian people. Neither Zionism nor antisemitism will be respected, tolerated or debated.
