PRIMAL PLAY – Wordless Connection, Real Meeting
Like animals, we can communicate beyond words.
Primal Play is an embodiment workshop where we explore connection through movement, touch, sound, and breath. When we let go of goals and social performance, we drop into the body and meet each other from presence. Not as an idea. As a lived experience.
Each gathering unfolds differently. You’re invited to follow what’s true in the moment: playful, raw, soft, wild, quiet. There may be laughter, stillness, wrestling, cuddling, release. Whatever arises is welcome, as long as it’s consensual and within the frame.
What we’re really practising is honest meeting. Clear yes/no. Pace. Attention. Repair when something is unclear. This is a space where you don’t have to be clever, interesting, or “good at connection”. You just have to stay in contact with your own body, and be real with others.

About the facilitator:
Henrik Kjellmo Larsen is an embodiment coach, facilitator, and yoga teacher. Through Embodied Awareness, he creates warm, well-held spaces where people can drop out of performance and into real contact, with themselves and with others. His work is grounded in yoga and years of teaching, and shaped by long-term research into what helps humans regulate, meet honestly, and stay connected when things get real. Clear frames, real choice, and consent as a lived practice are always the foundation.
