Om Chanting

OM Chanting brings people together to share positive vibrations of mantra OM and to connect to the inner self through body vibrations.

OM Chanting is a group practice that uses the transformational power of mantra OM to activate self-healing and transformational potential of participants. The practice transforms our mindset into more calm and positive state. The practice helps you to connect and feel more your inner Self and through it to support yours physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. Om Chanting also harmonize local environment with pure vibrations.

What to expect? We start with a short meditation and then during 45 minutes of practice we will sing mantra OM together in a circle under the guidance of spiritual masters Paramahamsa Sri Swami Vishwananda and Babaji who have given the technique back to humanity during this unstable time.

This simple technique will be explained and requires no previous chanting/meditation/yoga experience.
