Full Moon Om Chanting

Moon has a profound influence on the water on our planet. Whenever a full moon occurs, the level of seas and oceans rises. As our body itself is made of 65% of water full moon has a deep effect on our body, mind and emotions. But full moon help us in uplifting our spiritual vibrations. The full moon is a special day on which it is favorable to practice meditation and yoga.

In more that 50 countries around the world people gather on every full moon and chant OM with the intention to bring more harmony into the world. Since full moon has the power to amplify all energies, it also has the power to amplify our positive intentions and bring more healing, harmony and positive vibrations into our lives.

What to expect? During 45 minutes of practice we will sing mantra OM together in a circle under the guidance of spiritual masters Paramahamsa Sri Swami Vishwananda and Babaji who have given the technique back to humanity during this unstable time. This simple technique will be explained and requires no previous chanting/meditation/yoga experience.
