Nordic Reform Conference 2025 is a one-day event in Oslo on September 26, exploring the world of drugs and drug policy reform. On stage will be researchers, health professionals, policymakers, activists, and people with lived experience. Together, they’ll explore what a humane, evidence-based approach to drug policy can look like in practice.
From new thinking on prevention and treatment to honest conversations about enforcement, psychedelics, stigma, and user rights, the program reflects both the complexity and urgency of drug reform. Expect bold talks, real debate, and unfiltered perspectives - from academic research to lived realities.
