We are excited to invite you to a solidarity film night at Lillesalen, Chateau Neuf, on Friday, June 13th. The Encampments (2025) is a documentary that follows US-based student Palestine encampments, in particular that at Columbia University. When a group of students at the university launch a movement protesting the genocide in Gaza, they spark an international student uprising in solidarity with Palestine. Featuring detained student activist Mahmoud Khalil,

The film takes viewers inside America's student movement with incredible intimacy and urgency, shedding light on a historical moment in student activism that still makes headlines and remains at the forefront of our common fight for justice.
