Hypnosis is often a non-embodied modality, but it doesn’t have to be.
Many guided hypnose-meditations keep people primarily in the mental or imaginative space — visualizing, thinking, or following verbal cues without much physical awareness. Because of this, the experience may stay in the mind and subtle awareness, without fully engaging the nervous system or body’s felt sensations. In other words, people imagine relaxation rather than physically experience it.
However, it can become embodied when the guide intentionally invites somatic awareness.
𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑫𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒎 𝑱𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒏𝒆𝒚 is a transformative experience that weaves together Kundalini Activation (KA), gentle breath, and a guided hypnose meditation journey to support profound healing, integration, and awakening.
While traditional guided meditation is a non-embodied practice—experienced primarily in the mind—the Dream Journey is unique in that way it bridges the gap by weaving guided hypnose-meditation with KA and breath—bringing the mind’s experience into the body.
By combining the embodied modalities of breath and KA with the non-embodied realm of guided visualization, this union allows the insights and visions from the guiding to root into the body and invites deep soul remembrance, integration and embodiment of higher states of consciousness.
Hypnosis induces the parasympathetic state, allowing the nervous system to shift from fight-or-flight to rest-and-repair. This state supports emotional healing and cellular regeneration, especially in the brainwave dynamics.
Hypnosis moves the mind into theta and delta brainwaves, the same frequencies associated with deep meditation, dreaming, and subconscious access.
We're going to the theta and delta brain waves, and the gamma waves. These gamma waves are deeply healing brain states. To be in these states of consciousness will help your body heal, – to self-heal. This is where we heal so much.

Anniken Min is the creatrix of Oslo Soul Circle (OSC) and Animin Bodywork & Oslo Kundalini Academy (OKA) She is a devoted energy explorer, Kundalini Activation Initiator, and meditation practitioner.
She was initiated into Transcendental Meditation at the age of seven, and it has played a profound role in her spiritual journey.
Animin later deepened her understanding of the human psyche through her work with Oslo Kommune, studying trauma, mental health, MI, pedagogy and anger management.
Her spiritual path has included Tantric initiations with Lama Jhampa Shaneman of the Gelug lineage of Tantric Buddhism, and teachings from Ngakpa Henrik Lysøe—a tantric priest and student of Lama Panchen Ötrul Rinpoche and Lama Glenn Mullin.
Her journey has led her through various healing modalities she now weaves in with Kundalini Activation, and invite others to explore energy, frequency, and consciousness through breath, movement, stillness & sound in various workshop & events at Oslo Soul Circle.
Certified as a Kundalini Activation Facilitator Level 1 + Dream Temple Level 2 through the Temple of KA by Iva Kelsey, she is a devoted energy worker—known for creating safe, sacred, and empowering spaces for deep transformation and authentic awakening.
Rooted in her lifelong practices for self development and spirituality, she has become a bridge between the unseen and seen realms.
