SO, WHAT IS KAI?

𝗞𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 is a powerful inner-work modality that engages the body’s spiritual life-force energy - Kundalini - which is said to be dormant at the base of the spine. This innate energy has the potential to awaken your system’s own healing capacity and move Qi, Prana Shakti (life force), which supports vitality and overall well-being.

When Kundalini flows through the subtle body, it intuitively moves where it’s needed, dissolving energetic density and bringing the system into greater alignment. 

The process gently touches the amygdala - where fear and old imprints reside - allowing a deep release of what no longer serves.

Anniken has also deepened her understanding of human psychology through her previous work with Oslo Kommune, focusing on trauma awareness, mental health, pedagogy, and anger management. This foundation informs her holistic approach to transformation and inner work.
