You are warmly invited to an evening of deep connection, soft presence, and heart-centered reflection through a trauma-informed cacao ceremony and women’s circle.
We will begin with a gentle cacao ceremony to open the heart and our inner landscape. Cacao supports embodied presence and self-connection. From there, we will move into a non-judgmental sharing circle centered around the theme of self-love and inner connection, a space for authentic sharing and deep listening.

Part 2 - Women’s Circle - deep listening, authentic sharing, and self-reflection
What to expect:

No previous experience with cacao or women’s circles is needed.
