Join us for a transformative cacao ceremony where you can open your heart and embark on a profound journey towards a higher state of consciousness.
This workshop is designed to help you slow down, be fully present in the moment, and experience the beauty of self-exploration and self-discovery.
We will delve into meditations that will take you on a deep exploration of your inner self. In this sacred space, you will have the opportunity to tune out distractions, silence your thoughts, and truly listen to your body. Let go of the outside world as you immerse yourself in the present moment, experiencing a sense of peace and connection like never before.

Instead of listing and proving who I am as a person, I find it more interesting and more truthful to say that I am no one.
In the last 9 years, I have dedicated to a self-development journey. Over the past 4 years, I had travelled the world, opened up and delved deeply into the realm of spirituality, with a special emphasis on non dual teaching.
Inspired by the remarkable transformations I have witnessed within myself.
Through the workshop, I will guide you how you can transform whatever you want through the heart and awareness practice.
Comes as you are with an openness, the sincerity to know how to move towards the best version of you.
I will create a safe space for self expression, where every aspect of your being is welcomed. All emotions are embraced and accepted.
If you are truly a rational, mind-based person, as most of us are, I can mention some of the tools I use in my workshops: kundalini bodywork, shadow work, breathwork, emotional release, learning how to balance the feminine and masculine energies within us, childhood trauma–informed practices, just to mention some.
In my workshops, we practice losing the mind and learning how to let the heart and the body take the wheel. (We still have chatJPT, just in case😉)
