August Sunday Thing

This is the August session of The Sunday Thing!

Where: Åsbakken 1 C, 0380 Oslo
(Follow the path down to the garage and grass at the end or call for directions!)

Schedule of Event:
11:00 - Opening Circle with group meditation, poetry, and sometimes somatic movement or breathwork
11:30 - Freestyle Hour (guests have 1 hour for personal practices such as meditation, reading, journaling, painting, or walking through the forest, etc.... activities provided by host)
12:30 - Closing Circle with group... time for connection and reflection and gratitude.
13:00 - Coffee/tea time and snacks

What to bring: yourself and anything that helps you connect with yourself, such as your journal or a book or a yoga mat or an instrument or a song in your heart See less
