𝗞𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮 is a passionate traveller in sound, and energy movement. Create safe space for opening to your own creativity, and love to build bridges beetween new age soundscapes, and native medicine music. Harmonising it with Cristal bowls, gong & etnical instruments.
She use voice, gentle breathwork and guidence to optimise your presence in here & now.
𝗛𝗲𝗻𝗿𝗶𝗸 𝗠.𝗟𝘆𝘀𝗼𝗲 is a yoga, meditation and tantra teacher. He has studied under Lama Panchen Ötrul Rinpoche, and received ordination as a ngakpa - or tantric priest - under Lama Glenn Mullin. Henrik has also completed a ley-rung, or "qualifying retreat" in the highest tantric cycles (anuttara yoga-tantra), as a qualification to teach others.
Henrik teaches both individuals and groups, in Norway and internationally, and specializes in tailoring practice and pedagogy to meet the individual where they are.
