Explore connection, communication, and self-discovery in a supportive space.
Polyamory can offer profound joy, freedom, and creativity in relationships. Yet it also brings distinctive challenges: navigating multiple connections, balancing time and energy, moving through jealousy, communicating complex needs, and facing social stigma.
After a series of conversations and gatherings on polyamory, where many lived experiences, hopes, struggles, and everyday realities were shared, we sensed that there was a desire for a steady, trusted space to continue exploring, processing, and growing. That’s what inspired us to offer this group therapy.
Group therapy is a unique chance to discover more about yourself, not only as an individual but in relation to others. By sharing and listening to each other’s experiences, we begin to see ourselves in new ways.
In this group you’ll explore how you relate to different people and gain fresh insights into your own patterns. Many find that the process brings a sense of relief and belonging, feeling less alone in their thoughts and emotions.
Across four sessions, we will explore polyamory from different perspectives. Each session will grow organically from the stories, questions, and needs shared by the group, allowing the themes to stay alive and relevant.
The group is limited to 16 participants and meets four times during October and November, each session lasting 2.5 hours. The group will agree to keep everything shared confidential. After the first meeting, the group is not open for new joiners. Joining all four sessions is key to building trust and creating a steady, supportive space.
