Participants will be introduced to the sport of running, combined with technical development and fundamental techniques, with an emphasis on finding JOY! Participants will be divided into K-5 and 6-8 and will be coached by UWO/Fusion Fit Team Members.
Fundamentals of body positioning, stride, proper stretching, and cool-down techniques are covered. Partipants will receive a certificate of completion and t-shirt.
T/W/Th July 29-31st, 2025
5:15pm-6:30pm
Cost: $25/particpant
*No one is ever turned away for inability to pay. Scholarships are available for student athletes in need.
