Everything you need to get started is provided, including a fresh organic sourdough starter, all ingredients to mix and prepare your loaf in class (with your choice of inclusions), a proofing basket, bowl, dehydrated starter, scoring blade, and a detailed instruction and recipe book and much more.
You will enjoy sourdough samples during class, served with olive oil and balsamic dipper and a butter board.
You will leave with your own loaf (ready to bake next day) as well as the confidence to keep baking at home.
