✨Join Initiated High Priestess Cynthia Calder for The Gods & Goddesses: Pagan Pantheons, a sweeping introductory class at The Zen Shop’s School of Witchcraft in Oshawa. This session explores how Pagan Pantheons—the divine families of gods, goddesses, and spirits—shaped culture, ritual, and everyday life across the world.
🌍 For thousands of years, people turned to deities to understand creation, nature, love, fate, and the afterlife. In this engaging overview, we’ll trace the big picture of Pagan Pantheons: the Olympians of Greece, the Norse Aesir and Vanir, the Celtic Tuatha Dé Danann, Egyptian solar and underworld deities, Slavic nature spirits, Hindu divine aspects and avatars, Orishas of West Africa, Shinto kami, and Indigenous traditions of the Americas. You’ll see how repeating archetypes—creator, sky father, earth mother, healer, warrior, trickster, and psychopomp—appear again and again, revealing shared human wisdom.
