This September, four local powerhouses are teaming up to move, sweat, and sip for a cause close to home. umbra & sōl, Vanguard Athletic Performance, Power Yoga Canada Oshawa, and Town Brewery are joining forces to host an unforgettable day of community, connection, and giving back.
Together, we invite you to FALL IN: Bikes · Bells · Bandhas · Beer Bash, a unique collaboration blending cycling, weightlifting, yoga, and locally crafted brews—all in support of Grandview Kids, a remarkable charity dedicated to helping children and youth live their best lives.
