I'll be back setup Friday August 8th serving up my BBQ from 11 am until 2 pm or sold out. We'll have Texas Style Brisket, Pulled Pork, St. Louis Cut Pork Spare Ribs, and Pork Belly Burnt Ends. Smoked Pork Belly pieces smoked to perfection and then glazed and finished in an apricot sweet and spicy glaze. Pig Candy is what I call them and they are absolutely delicious. Sides of Cheesy Hashbrown Casserole, Smoked Beans, Coleslaw, and 3/8" Straight cut French Fries.
