第1部 【完全なる結婚】

人を愛すること―どうしたら上手に愛せるのか、これは永遠に問われてきた疑問です。
愛する者どうしの関係性は家族、社会や文化の根底にあるものです。調和的で、お互いや周りが成長できるような関係性を作り出すことで、周囲のすべてに変化をもたらすことが可能です。
このイントロダクションコースでは、私たち一人ひとりの中に眠っているエネルギーであり、東西の古代からの文化の中で伝えられてきたクンダリーニ－神聖な蛇―の真実を明らかにし、人の肉体、エネルギー、心理を再生する秘儀をご紹介します。
＊このコースはカップルの方に限らず、独身の方など、神聖なエネルギーとその秘められた可能性に関心のある方どなたでもご参加いただけます。
コースの途中で、瞑想や呼吸法の体験、カップル、独身の方への実践的なアドバイスもあります。

私たちが見る夢は、私たち自身の中に存在する神聖な部分が、人生の真の意味を思い出させるために私たちに送られる手紙です。
今回のワークショップでは、歴史上でどのように夢が人々に啓示を与えてきたか、また実践的な夢のヨガではマントラや瞑想など、夢を理解し、人生における体験の理解を深める助けとなる方法をご紹介します。

Our dreams are letters from our own inner divinity that seek to call us back to the true meaning in our lives.
In this meeting, we explore how dreams have inspired us throughout history and how we can deepen our own experience of life by learning to understand and use them in Dream Yoga, a discipline including mantras, meditations, practical guidelines for the bedroom, and lucid dreaming.
