「気づき」のゲシュタルト療法　半日体験WS
ゲシュタルト療法は自分自身への気づきと共に、環境や他者との全体性とのつながり、あるいは境界を保つことで、健全な生き方を育む心理療法です。
トラウマから組織開発、キャリアアップ迄幅広く用いられる哲学をもつ心理療法です。

グループで行いますので、グループのダイナミックさが魅力です。
守秘義務がありますので、個人的にお話されたことは許可がない限り口外はされません。（ＳＶや専門家による事例検討会では個人が特定されない形でワークの検討をする場合があります。）

人間関係に関わる方ならどんな方でもご参加いただけます。＊医療やカウンセリングにかかっている方は主治医にご相談の上ご参加ください。
