THIS WILL BE THE FINAL SERVICE AT PRINCE OF PEACE LUTHERAN IN ORTONVILLE, MICHIGAN.
Please join us on Sunday, November 23rd, for our Celebration Service with Holy Communion. Pastor Dan Meckes, our District Facilitator from the LCMS—Michigan District, will lead our service, which will be the last worship service at Prince of Peace. Michigan District President Davis also plans to attend on November 23rd and participate in the service. If you are unable to attend in person, you can join us online at our Facebook Live link under this same site.T
A Potluck Dinner will follow the Celebration Service, providing time to enjoy delicious food and reminisce and fellowship together with a spirit of thanksgiving to God for His blessings to and through our Prince of Peace congregation during its years of life and service. We are encouraged to recognize that although organizations change, God’s grace does not, and the ministry of His Word and Sacrament will continue for us through other nearby congregations.
