Are you looking for a way to kick off 2026 with brand new energy?
Join Crystal and Mel for a somatic movement and meditation workshop. Crystal will lead you through movement, ecstatic dance, mantras and breathwork to unlock your potential, body and emotions.
Mel will guide you through a meditation journey to ground, access and integrate these emotions using visualization, sound and connection to Mother Earth.

About the Hosts:
-Melissa (Mel) Rose Bourbonnais Infante is a Cult and Trauma Survivor, Priestess/Witch, Energy/Reiki Healer, Female Empowerment Coach, Retreat and Ceremonial Leader, & Author. Her passion is helping Women & Queer individuals step into their fullest most authentic selves. In sacred ceremony, she guides individuals to tap into the healing energy of Mother earth, Journey deep within the self and connect with all the emotions to heal/expand, and form beautiful connections within the community.
