Across many cultures and traditions, people have spoken of what they call the angelic realm.
Some describe angels as luminous beings of light. Others experience them more as fields of compassion, wisdom, and peace — subtle presences that can be sensed when the heart becomes quiet and the mind softens into listening.
Ancient mystics believed the universe itself moves in harmony — almost like music — and that sound can help us remember that harmony within ourselves. They spoke of the “music of the spheres,” a great cosmic symphony in which every living thing participates.
In this special sound bath, we will explore these themes through singing bowls, voice, breath, and deep listening, allowing waves of sound to gently move through the body and nervous system. As the tones unfold, many people experience a sense of spaciousness, lightness, or connection — as though the room itself becomes filled with a quiet field of harmony.
You don’t need to believe anything in particular or have any prior experience. Simply come as you are and allow yourself to rest in the experience of sound, stillness, and gentle resonance.
And perhaps, as the mystics suggested, angels are not somewhere far away at all — but simply the name they gave to the harmonies that hold creation together.
This evening will include a short opening reflection followed by an immersive sound bath designed to help the body settle, the mind soften, and the heart open to deeper listening.
Many participants experience:
• deep relaxation
• emotional release
• a sense of spaciousness and calm
• renewed clarity and inner balance
Whether you experience the evening as meditation, nervous system restoration, sacred sound, or simply a peaceful pause from the busyness of life, the invitation is the same:
to rest, listen, and allow harmony to return.
