Speaker Series: Adventures in Birding with Luke Safford

Join Summit Hut as we welcome Luke Safford from Tucson Bird Alliance on Saturday, July 19th from 4:30-6:00pm at our Oro Valley store location. Have you ever been distracted by a bird as you are out hiking, running, gardening, or just driving down the road? Of course you have! We live in a unique area here in Tucson where different habitats converge creating the best birding location in all of the United States. We’ll talk about the amazing birds we can see right in our backyards, how to connect with the birding community, and how you can grow your bird ID skills to use in the birding adventures that are just a step from your front door.
