yoga + connection

This month's yoga + connection will be Chair Yoga led by Wendy! Chair Yoga can be especially beneficial for those coming off of injuries or with limited mobility. It can also be a great practice for when you are traveling and confined to an airport or hotel room!

Wendy is a Yoga Alliance certified E-RYT200 yoga instructor with over 1200 hours of teaching experience. Trained and certified to teach Vinyasa Flow, Yin and Chair Yoga, she can be found teaching a wide variety of classes. She teaches a slower paced class to give her yoga students time to discover their best version of each asana. Wendy welcomes yoga students of all levels to her classes.

All proceeds to benefit Charlene's Dream.

This event starts with yoga and ends with an afterglow of enjoying a mimosa or coffee and light brunch with friends.

All levels are encouraged to participate.
