VINE: An Open Level Pole Climbing Workshop

In this 75 minute workshop Shai is breaking down her methods for effortless climbs. With a combination of conditioning, breathwork and technique you'll take a deep dive into ways to develop smooth climbs up the pole on static and spin. You'll work what you develop during the workshop into a climb combo and polish it off with a divine descent.

This workshop is open to all levels of dancers that are interested in learning climbing, refining their climbing or looking for a new way to approach climbing.
