Slow Flow Foundation with Sarah Pappa

Slow Flow Foundations is an all-level class focused on fundamental elements that help students build confidence, and gain strength and flexibility to develop a strong, intentional yoga practice. Attention is placed on alignment of physical poses, awareness of breath, use of bandhas, mudras, and drishtis.
Each class follows a similar format with room for variability.

The instructor guides students through a series of Sun Salutations, followed by standing, seated, and reclined poses with opportunities to explore arm balances, transitions, core work, and meditation. Come with an open mind, a playful heart, a willingness to push your edges, and the desire to meet your potential!
