DOWNTOWN ORMOND BEACH ROTARY EPIC DAY OF SERVICE

If you are a community service oriented person, a student that needs community service hours for graduation, or just have an affinity to help others, we welcome your time and participation. Just leave us a message on this thread or private message and we will get you on the volunteer list. We hope you are able to help us help The Sarah House to give this wonderful facility the face-lift it deserves.

Saturday, May 17th is Rotary International's Epic Day of Service. The Downtown Ormond Beach Rotary Club has chosen The Sarah House, a locally owned private Memory Care Facility, as our Community Service Project for this Epic Day of Service. Our Club members and volunteers (hopefully YOU) will spend a few hours (8am-11 am) working to get the exterior landscaping back into tip top shape for the residents. We will be removing about 10 panels of 6' wood fencing, trimming & removing shrubs & trees, and general landscaping clean-up. We are also in need of someone that would be willing to trouble shoot and repair the irrigation system, hopefully by donating knowledge, time and/or materials (if this is you, please reach out asap). Anything will help with regard to the irrigation.

We hope to see your smiling faces on Saturday, May 17th. Please bring your landscaping or gardening tools, gloves, and WATER.
