This practice helps us feel more grounded, present and connected to our inner self.
The healing power of Sound Therapy will follow, immersing you with instrumental notes using Crystal Singing Bowls, Gongs & Chimes, etc.
These vibrational sounds promote emotional & physical release, and enhance mental clarity, leaving you with a profound sense of peace and renewal.
