We’re taking a break for the summer! There will be no classes offered at any of our locations during this time as we step back to enjoy the season—just like you.

But don’t worry—we’ll be back this September with more energy than ever!

We’ll continue our popular 4-week series and may even introduce an 8-week series at the Hammond location! You can look forward to:
