Sparring Demonstration Night

Get ready for a night of action at A Foot Above Fitness! Join us on August 22nd for our brand new Sparring Demonstration event - open to the public & family friendly.

Doors open at 6pm, with the first fight kicking off at 7pm. The event will wrap up by 10 or 10:30pm, depending on the length of the fights.

Delicious food will be available from Orleans' own "Meatings BBQ Catering", featuring smoked chicken and pulled pork tacos. We'll also have a fully licensed bar.

Admission is $20 at the door (ages 6 and under are free, ages 6-14 are $10). Food and drinks are extra. There will be plenty of seating available.
