You Are So Loved

Trans folks deserve a little extra love from community right now, and always. Basically Wonderful, Accessible Pride Coalition, and Queer Trans Project are teaming up and inviting y’all to join us as we write love letters and make small gift bags to be redistributed to our Trans kin! Let’s spread some Trans joy & remind our community members how much they are cared for and deserving of joy, safety, kindness, celebration, support, and so much love.

We will be making art during the event to be included in the packages, and some more small items will be provided to include! We’re encouraging attendees to bring additional items with you to contribute to the gift bags if you are able. 

Masks required to participate, and will be provided to those who need them.

• Art (prints, stickers, pins, keychains, jewelry, patches, etc. no AI art pls! original / homemade art encouraged!)
• Self Care Items (face masks, body scrubs, tea, bath salts, nail polish, etc.)
• Snacks (candy, individually packaged treats, juice boxes, etc.)
• Comfort Items (fidget toys, coloring books, craft kits, stuffed animals, etc.)
• Practical Items (sewing kits, notebooks, pens, chapstick, sunglasses, hand sanitizer, face masks, etc.)

Access Info:

Event Address is 316 E Marks St (Quakers of Orlando). Parking is available on site. Event will take place in the main meeting house, which has a wheelchair accessible entrance (small raise at the threshold) and restroom. There will be overhead lighting. There will be outdoor seating available to those who need to step away during the event. We will be playing music in the background, and will be mindful to keep volume low. Masks required to participate, and will be provided. There will likely be at least one air purifier in the event space, and the door will likely be propped open.
