Yoga with Kearsten

For this experience, I’ll be guiding a beginner-friendly Vinyasa Flow that’s designed to be accessible to all able bodies. Whether someone is new to the mat or simply looking to reconnect, this class offers an energizing yet grounded sequence that links breath to movement with intention.
