If you're a teen or adult with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) looking to enhance your travel skills, this in-person event is for you! Join us at UCF-CARD for a day filled with interactive training sessions designed to help you navigate public transportation, plan trips, and feel confident while traveling. You will learn the options for using transportation, how to set up accounts and purcahse tickets, and how to stay safe while increasing your freedom and independence. We provide practical tips and strategies to make your travel experiences smooth and enjoyable. Don't miss out on this opportunity to gain independence and explore the world around you! Participants will be able to work with traininers on using the transportation methods discussed in weekend travel activities this fall.

Due to the interactive nature of this session, it will be held in person in Orlando.

THIS TRAINING WILL FOCUS ON OPTIONS IN ORANGE COUNTY. FUTURE SESSIONS WILL FOCUS ON OTHER COUNTIES IN OUR AREA! TEENS FROM ALL AREAS MAY JOIN ANY SESSION.
