Join us for “Passport to Paso on Thursday, May 29th from 6:30–8:00pm, as we Take Flight into one of California’s most dynamic and exciting wine regions—Paso Robles—with special guest Taylor from Breakthru Beverages leading the evening’s tasting.
Nestled between San Francisco and Los Angeles, Paso Robles is a region bursting with character, diversity, and winemaking innovation. With 11 distinct sub-AVAs, over 200 wineries, and a climate that sees dramatic swings from sunny days to cool nights, Paso offers a perfect setting for crafting bold, expressive wines.
Amy from O’ Neill Vintners will guide us through at least six standout wines, showcasing the broad spectrum of what Paso does best—lush Cabernet Sauvignon, bold Rhône-style reds, juicy Zinfandel, vibrant whites, and adventurous blends. Whether you’re a longtime Paso fan or new to the region, this tasting will offer both education and inspiration in every glass.
Expect stories behind the wines, insights into the region’s terroir and history, and a few fun surprises along the way. Paso Robles is known not only for its rich soils and diverse microclimates but also for its community of passionate, pioneering winemakers who embrace creativity, sustainability, and authenticity.
