Rewired: Tapping into Self-Love & Secure Attachment

Step into a journey of deep self-love and transformation with Rewired, a guided EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) tapping session designed to release limiting beliefs and reprogram your mind for secure attachment, self-compassion, and inner peace.

Tapping (EFT) is a powerful somatic practice that combines gentle acupressure with focused affirmations, helping to dissolve emotional blocks and shift subconscious patterns that keep you feeling stuck. In this session, we will awaken and nurture the parts of you that need love, grace, and acknowledgment—creating a foundation of deep self-trust and connection.

To fully integrate these new, expansive beliefs, we will close with a gentle ecstatic dance practice to the sound of modern classical, allowing you to embody and celebrate your transformation through movement.

Come as you are, with an open heart and a willingness to step into deeper self-love. No prior experience needed.
