These are our Hungry Ghosts—patterns like people-pleasing, perfectionism, over-performing, or disappearing our truth to keep the peace.In this powerful and compassionate workshop, we’ll shine a light on the shadows that quietly drive our behaviors and keep us disconnected from our deepest truth. Through guided reflection, group dialogue, and embodied practices, we’ll learn to meet these inner ghosts not with shame or resistance—but with presence, curiosity, and tenderness.Together, we’ll explore:

• How Hungry Ghosts are born (spoiler: it’s not your fault)
• The subtle ways they show up in everyday life
• Tools for reclaiming your authenticity, boundaries, and voice

About your guide:

Patrick Cimo is an Energy Worker and Sound Healer. He has studied and is certified in several modalities including Reiki, ThetaHealing, Breathwork, Hypnosis, Past Life Regression and is a Shadow Shaman.
