Homeownership Program Orientation

Join us for Habitat Orlando & Osceola's Homeownership Program Orientation! At this event, you will learn about our program guidelines and documentation requirements to submit your Homeownership Program application, and have a chance to WIN a Hurricane Prep Kit.

**Attending a Homeownership Program Orientation is required before you can apply for the program.**

Please note: To apply for our homeownership program, there is a $50 nonrefundable application fee. This event is for adults 18 years or older.

You'll also learn about our free certified housing counseling that can help you become qualified to purchase a home through our program or on the open market.

Requirements include:

Be able to afford a Monthly Mortgage. Our future homeowners need a middle credit score of 650. They also need to have a total household income that falls within our income guidelines according to the number of people in the family. This ensures that your mortgage stays affordable for you.

Live in Central Florida. Our future homeowners must have lived in Orange, Osceola, Lake, Polk, Seminole, Volusia or Brevard counties for at least the last 12 months.

Check in starts 15 minutes prior and doors close 5 minutes after event start time.
