Flower Moon Gong Session

Join us for a transformative vibrational journey centered around the sounds of the gong and the energies of the full moon. The gong is a powerful and transformative instrument that can help to clear out stuck or blocked energetic channels allowing sound and energy to pass through the body more freely, helping to reset emotional states to one of homeostasis or neutrality. May’s full moon, also known as the Flower Moon, celebrates the arrival of Spring bringing with it new life, transformation and healing. Come join us for this unique gong bath journey and welcome this sensitive time of spiritual and emotional new beginnings.

Please bring yoga mats, blankets, pillows and other items that will help comfort you as you lay on the floor for relaxation.
