We’ve reimagined our First F*cking Friday gatherings with a fresh new vibe, and here’s what you can expect:

Each gathering will host around 10 badass members, giving you the chance to really connect, contribute, and collaborate in a more intimate setting.

Every meeting is hosted by a local member (our beloved Breakfast Champion) who chooses the location and time (always before noon—we respect the brunch gods).

These aren’t panels or presentations. This is about sharing your wisdom, asking for support, and co-creating something powerful together.

Info: This is also the time to practice your elevator pitches during your introductions. Why? It’ll help you sharpen your pitch game while giving the rest of us a front-row seat to your business. Don’t worry if you haven’t nailed it yet. That’s what these practices are for!

Info: Pick a role that might best suit you to contribute and uplift the squad experience. We all thank you for this! (It’s on page 3.)

Info: Conversation Captain, flex your role and get folx started. Take turns, one at a time, and read out loud the Community Agreements. Don’t skip this part! This is what it means to be part of the F*Bomb community! (It’s on page 4.)

Info: This is where we dig into our business and break it down. You may be the expert in the group. You may know very little. This is where the magic happens with the brain trust of the squad, where we become more than the good ol’ networking. (It’s on page 5.)

Info: Do you have an explosive situation that could use the squad’s support? This is the perfect time. Don’t forget to offer something in return for the support. (PS. Not everyone has to share. It’s a space to help those who are really in a pickle!)
