Discover a transformative, connection-based approach to mindfulness. Unlike traditional seated meditation, dyad meditation is practiced in pairs and spoken aloud—designed to cultivate presence, clarity, and insight through relational inquiry.
This Yoga Alliance CEU (you will get 8 hours) course introduces the foundations of dyad meditation, including its theory, structure, and spiritual context. You'll engage in guided practice, develop your capacity for deep listening, and explore how conscious communication can serve as a path to awakening.
Ideal for yoga teachers, personal growth facilitators, and dedicated practitioners looking to expand their toolkit with a contemplative practice that is interactive, revealing, & deeply human.
