Crafty & Calm

Join us on Wednesday, June 4th,2025, at Kaleidoscope Thornton Park for a joyful and gentle experience for children ages 3–7.

We’ll begin with a sweet & zen storytime, followed by kid-friendly yoga led by a certified children's yoga instructor. Kids will then explore simple mindfulness & breathing techniques to help them feel calm and focused, and finish the morning with a hands-on craft to express their creativity & imagination.✨

Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior, as there will be a waiver to sign.

Parents must stay on-site for the event, either with their children or within the vicinity. The event will be hosted at Kaleidoscope Thornton Park Kommons, which has plenty of outdoor seating. Once the event is over, feel free to grab lunch inside! There are plenty of yummy options.☺️

🧘 What to Bring: A yoga mat or towel/blanket, comfy clothes, and creativity! (We will be outdoors, so bring whatever you feel will be most comfy for you and your little one.)

Space is limited, RSVP today. Due to supplies, no walk-ins for this event.

Parking: There is free street parking in the neighborhood, as well as a paid parking lot next door and a parking garage across the street by the 711 gas station.
