Chef Night: Chef Andrew Scala of JAM Hot Chicken and "Bone For Tuna" Italian Pop Up

You’ll watch the magic unfold, connect with other food lovers, and hear the chef’s personal stories and inspirations. It’s more than a meal—it’s an unforgettable connection to the art of food.

You’ve tasted the best fried chicken at JAM Hot in Winter Park. Now tag along with Chef Andrew for a culinary excursion overseas. Rooted in family history, Chef Andrew is cooking up an “Italian-ish” concept to debut at The Kitchen House. “Bone For Tuna”—a lucky play on the Italian buona fortuna—is a pop-up series serving classic Italian fare. This kickoff at The Kitchen House will feature herbs and produce from the Culinary Garden in each delicious dish.
