CF for Life Training ride

It's that time of the year where we begin to train for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundations' Cycle for Life ride in November. We are meeting up at Kyle's Bike Shop at 730am, wheels ready to roll at 8am. We will be riding at a very casual pace (15-18 mph) on the paved trail through neighborhoods to Eagles Circle. Once at Eagles Circle, we will give the option to open up your speed for the 3 mile loop. We will regroup after and ride back together. The over all distance is 30 miles.
