Join EBMUD Board President Marguerite Young for her annual Ward 3 Briefing, a gathering that brings together community and regional leaders from across the East Bay to discuss the vital work EBMUD is doing to protect, strengthen, and sustain our water system.

This year’s event will be held at EBMUD’s beautiful Orinda Watershed Headquarters, where staff work daily to safeguard our reservoirs, manage fire risks, and care for the open spaces that our communities depend on and enjoy.

President Young will be joined by General Manager Clifford Chan and members of EBMUD’s Senior Management Team to share updates on:

• Ongoing and upcoming infrastructure projects in Ward 3
• Emergency preparedness and water system resilience
• Fire mitigation efforts both locally and in the Sierra foothills
• Watershed conservation and habitat protection
• Community education and partnership programs
• And more

This is a unique opportunity to meet EBMUD’s leadership, connect with other local leaders, and learn more about how your water system is being prepared for the future.

EBMUD’s Ward 3 includes Orinda, Moraga, El Sobrante, Piedmont, and portions of Oakland, Pinole, and Richmond. President Young represents these communities on the EBMUD Board of Directors and serves as the Board’s President.
