Conversations on Race

Conversations on Race’s mission is to develop the capacity of individuals and groups to effectively and sustainable advocate for community racial justice. We provide opportunity for interracial conversations focused on learning, reflecting, listening, and setting goals for action. We understand relationships as foundational to change - we encourage you to talk about race and racism with family, friends, and neighbors; in your places of worship, work spaces, and communities. We also strive to build relationships without our ConR community - we support and challenge one another, learn together, champion each other’s work, share resources and ideas, and show up together for action. Conversations on Race meets people where they are - we recognize that people vary in their experience and understanding of race and racism. Everyone is welcome and we strive to create an environment that is both supportive and challenging to each person’s antiracism journey. We aspire to thoughtful community activism and we’re glad you’ve joined us for the conversation!
