The 76th Annual Devil's Staircase Pro Hillclimb is coming up Oct 11th & 12th. This event will be 2 days of non-stop hillclimb racing with the top 16 riders from the American Hillclimb East series battling the top 16 riders from the American Hillclimb West series for one to be crowned National Champion. We have built a “west coast style” hill next to the traditional Staircase hill to provide the best of both worlds for the championship in October.
On Saturday Oct. 11th all 32 athletes from both sides of the country will compete in the 450cc class and X-climb on the east hill and the Premier class will run on the west hill. Sunday they will do it all over again with the 450cc and X-climb on the west hill and premier on the east hill to prove who’s the best in the country. The athlete with the best overall results from both days will be crowned AMA Pro Racing’s American Hillclimb National Champion.
In addition we have invited the top 12 fastest 50cc riders from around the country to put on a show both days with the winner receiving a new Stacyc E-bike from our friends at Octane Outlet of Middletown.
New this year is the fastest 12 women comprised of the top 6 from the east coast and top 6 from the west coast will battle to see who is the fastest women is in the country
Gates open at 9am both days, admission is $30 on Saturday, $30 on Sunday, 2 day weekend passes are available for $50
Primitive camping is available, camping opens at 8am on Friday, we have a limited number of 20ft X 70ft reserved spots available for $50 per spot, or 25x25 tent sites are $25 on our website or other links on our Facebook page, camping is $20 bucks per person for the weekend.
There will be no pit bikes, quads, razors, golf carts etc allowed on the Hillclimb side of the property.
Credit and debit cards will be accepted at both the Walk In and Bike gates and food/beer booths.
The Devil's Staircase is 10 miles north of Kings Island Amusement Park in Mason Ohio.
Directions: I-71 to exit 36, follow signs 2.5 miles, or St. Rt. 42 , 1 mile south of Waynesville follow signs to 1086 Corwin Rd. Oregonia Ohio 45054.
The nearest airport is Covington/Northern Ky which is 45 miles away.
