It’s the season of giving — and what better way to close out the year than by coming together as a community to give, share, and receive!

Join us for a special December WiscoREIA meeting in Madison as we celebrate the power of generosity — in business, in real estate, and in life.

In return, you’ll receive something even greater — connection, gratitude, and inspiration from like-minded investors who believe that abundance grows when we share it.

The chosen charity of the WiscoREIA Madison chapter this year is:

hosts an annual Christmas Gift Store for families at our local partner schools: Badger Rock Middle, Southside and Lincoln Elementary. Doxa not only to share the gospel and our lives for the glory of God, but also exist for the good of Madison. These schools consists of many vulnerable demographics in our city, and we wish to offer the parents an opportunity to make Christmas special for their kids free of charge. We are aiming to provide 285 families which is 761 kids a very special Christmas this year.

Ugly Sweater & Christmas Outfit Contest

Do you own a truly hideous holiday sweater or outfit? One that shocks the room, blinds the eyes, and makes people question your sanity? Perfect.

This year, we’re opening it up. Ugly sweaters. Gaudy outfits. Over-the-top holiday apparel from head to toe. The louder, brighter, and more ridiculous, the better.

Bring your worst. Leave with the best.

Wear it proudly to your WiscoREIA Christmas Party.

Each of WiscoREIA’s chapters across the state will crown a WINNER (Your fellow members will judge the contest live at each location).
