Sound Bath

Come enjoy an opportunity to relax from the heat at Wishing Tree Yoga Studio. A beautiful spot with great acoustics in downtown Oregon, WI. You'll be guided through a gentle meditation as the soothing sounds of alchemized crystal bowls and other instruments allow you to drop into a deeper brain wave state entraining the mind, body and soul to repair, rejuvenate and heal. A journal and pillow are strongly encouraged but your yoga mat and time for yourself are the most important things to bring!
